The High Birches Spring property is 149 acres, comprised of two parcel, a 19 acre parcel with 1,458 feet of frontage on Route 3 in Woodstock NH and 1,452 feet of frontage on the Pemigewasset River. Currently there is an old cabin on the property in poor condition, that was the water transfer station and what is believed to be two production wells and three observation wells from when the property was used for water production. Then directly across the street a 130 acre parcel, irregular in shape, somewhat boot shaped with 1,149 feet of road frontage and then widening and becoming more uniformly rectangular to the west. The High Birches primary borehole is 12" in diameter, a well depth of 72 feet, of which a 25 feet stainless steel, 60 slot screen on the bottom, produces 840 gallons per minute and a potential of 300-400 million gallons per year.
